Provider

These Terms govern the use of mentalhealthGPT (the Service), operated by aidX AG, Bachtelstrasse 57, 8330 Pfäffikon ZH, Switzerland.

Service Description

mentalhealthGPT is an AI-assisted clinical decision support tool for mental health professionals. It is not a medical device and does not replace clinical judgment.

Eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for licensed mental health professionals (therapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, and equivalent roles), or supervised trainees acting under professional responsibility. By registering, you confirm that you meet these qualifications.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payments, invoicing, and tax compliance on our behalf. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms at paddle.com/legal. Subscription fees are charged in CHF (Swiss Francs). Paddle may display local currency equivalents.

Free Trial

New users may access a 14-day free trial (no credit card required). The trial is limited to one per person/email address and cannot be restarted.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. For refund requests, please refer to our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Prohibited Use

• Process patient data without appropriate consent
• Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Circumvent security or access controls

Data Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that any patient data processed through the Service complies with applicable professional secrecy and data protection laws (including applicable cantonal, national, and EU regulations).

Intellectual Property

All content, models, and software are the property of aidX AG or its licensors. No rights are transferred to users.

Disclaimer

The Service provides AI-assisted support only. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the professional user. We do not accept liability for clinical outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by the user during the preceding 12 months.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
